Paneltim plastic panels are 100% recyclable and keep their raw material value. The panels are free from toxic substances and are complying to EU regulation 2011/65/EU.
Plastic maintains its elasticity throughout the years. Paneltim plastic panels are shock proof and have a strong resistance to dynamic shocks. The panels do not discolor, not even in contact with amonia.
The internal cell structure ensures that Paneltim plastic panels are always closed all around, even when cutting to size, avoiding ingression of dirt or moisture into the panels. The panels can be cleaned fast and easily.
The smooth surface of the panels is non-absorbent and even water and dirt repelling. Extremely easy to clean using a minimum of water.
Paneltim plastic panels have a good insulation value thanks to the low thermal conductivity properties of plastic and because of the hermetically enclosed air into the cells.
The hydrophobic surface repels water and material maintains it’s dimensional stability when exposed to high humidity and changes in humidity.
Exceptionally compatible with the typical corrosive environment, i.e cow barn: manure, urine, high humidity.
Standard Paneltim plastic panels can be processed to any desired dimension, using butt welding, extrusion or hot air welding. The panels can be processed easily, using regular hand tools: sawing, drilling, screwing, etc

The panels are easy to process using regular hand tools: sawing, drilling, screwing, etc. Moreover, using plastic welding techniques like butt welding, hot air welding, extrusion welding, the panels can be processed to any desired size. The short welding cycle considerably improves overall processing time.
